The client is a US west coast based insurer providing workers compensation coverage to large commercial establishments. Time to market delays due to back end policy issuance and processing were inhibiting growth and causing lack of real time information flow.
Assets4U helped build a web services API based integration flow that connected the back end policy admin and other systems to the MGA s front end quoting and rating applications. With a phased roll out involving specific requirements based on different MGA architecture we were able to build a core – peripheral model that helped save budget and time in roll out.
More than 40% reduction in the TAT for policy issuance and rating process for the MGA s has enabled the insurer to service their MGA s better and also ensure accuracy and real time information exchange.
